We operate as a digital loan marketplace and Direct Selling Agent (DSA) that connects borrowers with regulated lending institutions. All loans are originated, processed, approved, and disbursed by our partnered banks and NBFCs that are duly regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Credofina's role is limited to facilitating the loan application process, collecting and forwarding documentation, and providing a technology platform for borrower-lender matching.

2. Interest Rates & Loan Terms

All interest rates, processing fees, loan tenures, repayment schedules, and other terms and conditions associated with any loan product are solely determined by the respective lending partner. Credofina has no control over and makes no representations regarding:

• The interest rates offered by lending partners.
• The eligibility criteria applied by lenders.
• The processing fees or other charges levied by lenders.
• The terms and conditions of any loan agreement.

Interest rates and terms displayed on our platform are indicative and subject to change at the lending partner's discretion. The actual terms will be communicated to you directly by the lender before loan disbursal.

3. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Submission of a loan application through Credofina does not guarantee loan approval. Loan approval is subject to the lending partner's credit assessment, eligibility criteria, documentation verification, and internal policies. Credofina does not influence or participate in the loan approval or rejection decision.

Any pre-approved offers, eligibility checks, or loan amount estimates shown on our platform are preliminary and indicative only. Final approval and terms are at the sole discretion of the lending partner.

4. Information Accuracy
